Data Analyst - Global Growth Luxury Strategy

ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking an Analytics Lead to join the Global Growth team at Lyft, where you'll play a critical role in shaping the strategic roadmap for our luxury modes, pricing, driver pay, and product development. As an Analytics Lead, you'll collaborate with a world-class team of engineers, product managers, and designers to think critically about the rider and driver experience and implement product enhancements to facilitate market growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Analytics Lead, you'll be responsible for developing frameworks and delivering analyses to guide decision-making and prioritization across functions. You'll uncover new areas of opportunity to grow Lyft's Luxury portfolio, manage, build, and automate models and reporting to provide actionable insights on the Lyft Luxury marketplace. You'll also partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Data Science teams to drive business strategy and product roadmaps. You'll regularly present findings, recommendations, and results to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Your work will focus on solving complex business problems, such as pricing, driver pay, and product development, to drive market growth and expansion. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you'll need 2-5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic data science/analytics roles in a technology company, or an equivalent analytical role in a high-growth startup. You'll have experience leading high-visibility projects and influencing others in a cross-functional team environment. You'll also have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft a compelling story and concisely present recommendations across teams and levels. You'll have a strong ability to build decision-making frameworks and data analysis, with a focus on understanding business issues, analyzing large amounts of data, and drawing actionable conclusions. You'll be an entrepreneurial self-starter, with the ability to take ownership, look for opportunities, and drive results.
