As a FedEx Express courier, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and courteous handling of packages from pick‑up to delivery, ensuring compliance with all regulatory, safety, and company standards. You will work closely with local stations, sales teams, and customs authorities to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction. This role is essential to our mission of delivering the world’s goods faster and more reliably. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will perform accurate and timely pick‑ups, inspections, and deliveries of assigned packages, ensuring all paperwork such as airway bills and delivery records are completed with precision. You will verify proper labeling, weight, size, and hazardous material compliance, and manage customs documentation when required. You will maintain the security of FedEx property and customer goods, including cash, and adhere to all safety policies. You will proactively seek opportunities to grow business with existing customers and relay market insights to the Station Ops manager or sales team. You will also provide timely updates on any changes in customer usage or competitor activity. Finally, you will keep your vehicle and uniform in a clean, professional condition and support continuous improvement initiatives. WHAT YOU'LL NEED You will hold a high school diploma or equivalent and possess a valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type, with a clean driving record. You will have a strong ability to read maps, sort packages, and perform basic math, as demonstrated by passing the Basic Skills Test.
