Business Strategy Developer - International

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Business Strategy Developer to join our international team at Elastic, a leading Search AI Company. As a key member of our global strategy team, you will work closely with senior leaders to shape our business growth across international markets. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategic plans that drive revenue and operational efficiency. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Business Strategy Developer, you will be responsible for: - Partnering with executives to design and refine business models, develop go-to-market strategies, and establish measurable outcomes. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align goals, remove friction, and drive strategic initiatives from concept to execution. - Conducting financial analyses, business valuations, and profitability assessments to inform strategic decisions. - Establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress and recommend pivots when necessary. - Developing and implementing initiatives that drive revenue and operational efficiency. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - 2-5 years of experience in a consulting firm or a SaaS corporate sales strategy function, with a strong understanding of ambiguous problem-solving and communication with senior stakeholders. - Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills, with the ability to tell a story with data. - Strategic clarity and the ability to operate at both high-level and detailed levels. - A solid grasp of the technology market, including enterprise software, SaaS dynamics, and growth drivers. - Curiosity and drive, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
