Associate Observability Architect | PST | Remote

ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking an Associate Observability Architect to join our team at Grafana Labs. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for architecting and guiding the implementation of complex observability solutions for our most important customers. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that requires a deep understanding of systems thinking, architecture design, and customer impact. WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Associate Observability Architect, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of Grafana customers. Your responsibilities will include designing the observability maturity journey of customers, providing expert-level troubleshooting and guidance, conducting regular technical reviews and health checks, and advising clients on best practices and strategies for leveraging our technology to achieve their business goals. You will also collaborate with clients to develop and execute technical roadmaps, identify opportunities for cost optimization and expansion of our solutions, and develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Math, or a related field (or equivalent experience). You should have at least 5 years of experience in a technical support, technical account management, consulting, SE, or Professional Services role within the technology industry, with a strong understanding of observability solutions and experience deploying and operating Kubernetes.
