Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE Elements Recruitment Australia is expanding its talent acquisition team to support our growing network of clients across the Australian market. As a key member of our remote recruitment squad, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging high‑potential candidates for a variety of roles, from entry‑level positions to senior leadership appointments. Your work will directly influence the quality of talent we deliver, helping our clients build high‑performing teams while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role offers the flexibility of a fully remote environment, empowering you to work from wherever you are most productive while collaborating with a diverse, global team of recruiters and hiring managers. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple client accounts, including posting job adverts, sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals, and conducting initial screening interviews. You will coordinate interview schedules, provide timely feedback to both candidates and hiring managers, and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system. You will collaborate with hiring managers to refine job specifications and develop targeted sourcing strategies that align with each client’s culture and needs. You will also contribute to employer branding initiatives by creating engaging content for social media and career pages. Finally, you will analyze recruitment metrics to identify process improvements and report on key performance indicators to senior leadership. WHAT YOU'LL NEED You have at least three years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within a staffing or consulting environment. You possess strong sourcing skills, including proficiency with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other talent‑search platforms. You are comfortable using ATS systems such as Bullhorn or Workday and have a data‑driven approach to recruitment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills enable you to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders alike. You are self‑motivated, organized, and thrive in a fast‑paced, remote setting that requires strong time‑management and collaboration across time zones. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if you can demonstrate relevant experience. WHY REMOTE Our distributed culture is built on asynchronous collaboration, allowing you to work at the hours that best suit your productivity while still staying connected with the team through weekly video syncs and shared project boards. The remote model gives you the freedom to balance professional responsibilities with personal commitments, fostering a healthy work‑life equilibrium. We provide the tools and support you need to succeed from anywhere, including a comprehensive technology stipend, a dedicated virtual office environment, and access to a global network of peers and mentors. BENEFITS Elements Recruitment Australia offers a competitive benefits package that includes comprehensive health coverage, a flexible paid time off policy, a monthly remote work stipend, and a dedicated learning and development budget to support your professional growth. Additional perks include a wellness allowance, access to an employee assistance program, and opportunities to participate in virtual team‑building events.
