AI Decisioning Technical Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an exceptional AI Decisioning Technical Lead to join our Japan team at Braze. As a pioneer in this highly strategic, hybrid role, you will have the opportunity to own the end-to-end AI lifecycle for our customers in Japan. This is a unique, multi-disciplinary position that combines sales and post-sales responsibilities, requiring a deep understanding of AI Decisioning capabilities and their applications. WHAT YOU'LL DO As the AI Decisioning Technical Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team as a technical subject matter expert, helping brands predict customer behavior, automate orchestration, and scale hyper-personalization. You will also facilitate the forward-deployed delivery of AI Decisioning to contracted customers, ensuring seamless integration and adoption. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the successful implementation of AI Decisioning solutions in Japan, and you will work closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities and develop strategic plans to expand our customer base. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in AI Decisioning, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and applications. You should have excellent technical skills, including experience with machine learning and data analytics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will be working closely with the sales team, customers, and other stakeholders to drive the successful implementation of AI Decisioning solutions. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is required, and a master's degree or Ph.D. is preferred.
