You have direct experience with regulatory reporting and compliance in environments governed by FINRA, SEC, CFTC or NFA requirements. You can translate complex business activity into sound accounting processes and communicate technical issues clearly to cross‑functional partners and leadership. You have a proven track record managing multiple concurrent priorities across audit, close and reporting cycles while maintaining accuracy under regulatory deadlines. You are comfortable working Eastern Time hours to support daily regulatory filing deadlines. You responsibly utilize generative AI, maintaining human oversight to deliver business‑ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost and quality.

Our culture is built on trust, flexibility and high performance, allowing you to work from any location while staying connected with teammates through virtual collaboration tools. We schedule quarterly in‑person “surges” to foster deep focus and team cohesion, but the majority of your work is performed remotely, giving you the freedom to balance personal and professional commitments.
