Regional Vice President, Commercial, East | Remote | CA

ABOUT THE ROLE Grafana Labs is seeking a highly experienced Regional Vice President, Commercial, to lead our commercial teams in the East region. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, coaching existing reps, and attracting new talent. You will hold ultimate responsibility for the region's success, reputation, and culture, and will work closely with the Vice President of America Sales and the rest of the GTM leadership team. WHAT YOU'LL DO As Regional Vice President, Commercial, you will manage a team of 5 Regional Directors across the United States. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing and developing a high-performing team of Regional Directors - Fostering an environment of teamwork, transparency, creativity, and continuous improvement - Traveling when needed to assist in deal creation and closure, as well as meet managerial needs by providing support to your team - Partnering across all of Grafana GTM leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience - Hiring, retaining, and developing great talent across the team from leaders to account executives - Delivering exceptional results and making the team successful WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - 3+ years of second or third line SaaS Sales leadership experience - A consistent track record of leading teams to exceed quotas and objectives within a fast-paced and technical client acquisition-driven business - Experience leading product-led sales teams and working with complex, technical products - Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial, remote environment - A growth mindset, leading by example, and proactively bringing solutions to challenges you identify, backed by data WHY REMOTE At Grafana Labs, we are a 100% remote company with a global culture that values collaboration and shared purpose.
