Founders Associate

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Founders Associate at Bits, a Y Combinator-backed fintech startup. As a Founders Associate, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Founder/CEO and be an integral part of building a $100mn revenue business. This is an exceptional role for someone who is passionate about building and has a proven track record of achievement. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Founders Associate, you will be responsible for building and executing projects that drive business growth. This will involve frequent travel to key locations such as Dubai, London, and San Francisco, as well as working closely with the Founder/CEO to develop and implement strategic initiatives. You will be expected to be a self-starter, able to take initiative and drive results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of achievement, either academically, in sports, or business. You should be a doer, not a desktop warrior, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to put in the time and effort required to deliver results. Previous experience in a similar role is not necessary, but a great attitude, humility, and a willingness to learn and adapt are essential.
