- Coordinating and facilitating communication between the executive and other internal team members, ensuring clear and effective collaboration.
- Supporting the Executive Team working cadence, including weekly meetings, regular brainstorming sessions, and quarterly offsites.
- Owning travel arrangements and external engagement logistics with meticulous attention to detail, building contingency plans so nothing is left to chance.
- Assisting with key priorities, including preparing necessary materials and organizing the CEO's workflow.
- Proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions to maintain momentum on critical activities.
- Preparing materials and organizing workflow to keep the CEO's key priorities moving forward.
- Partnering closely with the Senior Manager, Executive Operations, and cross-functional leaders to strengthen and continuously improve executive operations processes.
- Supporting the CEO's engagement with the Board and other senior stakeholders, including helping prepare materials and coordinate logistics for Board meetings and other high-stakes, elevated communications.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 7+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, ideally supporting C-level executives - with 2-4+ years directly supporting a CEO or Founder strongly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort communicating at the Board and executive level.
- Sound independent judgment and decision-making - able to distinguish between what to run with and what to escalate.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and autonomously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and external contacts.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
WHY REMOTE
As a remote-first organization, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK, with a strong preference for someone based in London. While this is a fully remote role, there may be times when meeting the CEO and various partners in our London office is necessary, so flexibility to work out of this office is required.
