WHAT YOU'LL DO - Coordinate cross‑school initiatives that support the Group’s strategic priorities, ensuring alignment with local and national education standards. - Analyse operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, and present actionable insights to senior leadership. - Facilitate virtual workshops and training sessions for staff, leveraging digital tools to enhance professional development. - Manage stakeholder communications, including updates to parents, alumni and external partners, maintaining a consistent and engaging brand voice. - Oversee project timelines, budgets and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within scope. - Champion continuous improvement by implementing best practices in resource allocation, technology integration and student support services. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - A bachelor’s degree in education, business administration or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus. - Minimum of five years’ experience in an educational or non‑profit environment, preferably in a multi‑school or district setting. - Proven project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget. - Strong analytical abilities, comfortable working with data dashboards, Excel and basic statistical tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of tailoring messages for diverse audiences. - Demonstrated adaptability and resilience in a rapidly changing environment, with a passion for driving positive change in education.
